OUR MISSION
Across Africa, missed calls can mean missed bookings, payments and trust. Concierge helps teams answer, coordinate approved work and preserve useful operational context.
On this continent the front door of a business is a phone call — bookings, complaints, deliveries and payments often start with someone dialling a number they trust. And for decades, answering that number well was a luxury: 24/7 lines and trained teams were priced for banks and telcos, not for clinics, estates, schools and growing brands.
Many tools begin from app-first assumptions. Concierge Opus is built in Africa for the way customers actually get in touch — voice-first, and multi-channel on the same workflows — shaped with teams running real operations across the continent.
Customers dial first and download apps later, if ever. Whoever answers the phone owns the relationship.
A missed call can mean a missed opportunity — and smaller teams often have less spare capacity to recover it.
App-first tools can miss the context of voice-led work. We shape Concierge with local operators and pilot teams.
Illustrative operating sequence
An illustrative phone conversation becomes approved work, pauses at a human judgement gate, and ends as a structured operational record.
Agree the supported conversations, hours, numbers, languages, systems, actions, permissions, failure paths, and handoffs before live use.
Concierge prepares or completes only the connected actions approved for the workflow.
Exceptions, sensitive decisions, and work requiring empathy or authority go to a person with the available context.
Define which conversations, approved actions, handoffs, and outcomes become usable operational records.
Capabilities and controls still being earned remain labelled that way. The page does not borrow badges or imply certification.
Concierge is a product of TEO, a registered company building digital infrastructure for businesses across Africa and beyond. Built in Africa, we are onboarding our first pilot businesses now, and the people writing the product sit in the setup conversations — join a pilot and you help shape what gets built next.
How the names work
Concierge works for your business and with your customers.
Where we operate
Nigeria first, then Anglophone Africa — Kenya, Ghana, South Africa — before global markets. The architecture is designed for the region rather than ported into it, and it scales from a single clinic onboarding itself in an afternoon to a bank integrating through the API over a quarter.
Show us the conversation, the systems it touches, and the moments that need human judgement. We will shape a tailored session around that path.
