INTEGRATIONS

It works inside the systems you already run.

Concierge is API-first. It plugs into the CRM, helpdesk, PMS or core-banking stack you already have, rather than asking you to replace any of it.

What gets connected

Four kinds of system, in most operations.

The specifics differ by industry and by customer. The categories rarely do — and these are the connections that turn a conversation into completed work.

  1. 01

    Service desk and ticketing

Create and update the ticket during the call, attach the context, and return the reference to the customer before they hang up.

    • Create and update cases
    • Attach conversation context
    • Return the reference
  2. 02

    Customer records and CRM

Read the account context Concierge needs to be useful, and write the outcome back so the record reflects what actually happened.

    • Look up account context
    • Verify the customer
    • Write outcomes back
  3. 03

    Scheduling and calendars

Check real availability, book and move appointments, and release a cancelled slot back so it can be refilled rather than lost.

    • Check availability
    • Book and reschedule
    • Release freed slots
  4. 04

    Team messaging and dispatch

Notify the team that owns the work where they already work, with the location and details already gathered.

    • Notify the right queue
    • Dispatch with context
    • Escalate on your rules
How a connection gets built

Field by field, then tested.

An integration is not switched on because a logo exists. It is scoped, permissioned and validated against your systems before a single live call touches it.

  1. 01 · SCOPE

    Decide what it may touch.

We map the systems the workflow depends on, and agree which records may be read and which fields may be written. Nothing outside that list is reachable.

  2. 02 · PERMISSION

Grant only what the workflow needs.

Credentials and scopes are yours, issued for the specific actions agreed. Read access and write access are decided separately.

  3. 03 · VALIDATE

    Prove it against real scenarios.

Structured test calls exercise each connected action, including the ones that are supposed to fail, before any of it meets a customer.

  4. 04 · FAIL VISIBLY

Agree what happens when it breaks.

Every connection has a named fallback queue. If a write cannot complete, the request goes to a person with the attempted action marked — never reported as done.

For your engineers

API-first, not API-eventually.

Concierge exposes its own API as well as consuming yours, so the platform fits an existing architecture rather than sitting beside it. SMB customers can run the whole thing without touching it; enterprise teams can drive it directly.

  • Trigger workflows from your systems

Start an outbound call, a follow-up or a check-in from an event you already emit.

  • Receive the operational record

Conversations, actions, outcomes and handoffs, structured and available to your own reporting.

  • Keep your stack authoritative

Concierge does not become the system of record. Yours stays the source of truth.

Bring us the stack you already run.

Tell us which systems the workflow touches and what it needs to do inside them. Discovery maps the connections before anything is agreed.
