01Who we are

Concierge (“we”, “us”) provides an AI customer-operations platform. We are based in Nigeria. This notice describes the data we handle and the choices available to the people who use the site or interact with the service.

02What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data on conciergeopus.com and in the Concierge service. It covers two situations: information you give us directly (for example through the pilot request form), and information processed when Concierge answers calls for a business you contacted.

03Information you give us on this site

When you request a pilot we collect your name, business name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — a phone or WhatsApp number and a note about what you need. We use this only to contact you about your pilot and to set up the service. We do not sell this information or use it for third-party advertising.

04Information processed when Concierge answers a call

When you contact a business that uses Concierge, the service may process the conversation on that business's behalf, including audio during a call, a transcript, a summary of the request and the actions taken. The business you contacted controls this data; we process it under our agreement with them.

The exact data captured and retained depends on the workflow configured by that business.

05Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small amount of essential local storage to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

If you accept on the cookie notice, we also load privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that give us aggregate figures — like how many people visited a page — without profiling individuals or following you around the web. If you decline, analytics are not loaded at all.

06How data is protected

Web and API traffic uses TLS in transit. Operational controls can include sensitive-data redaction, role-based access, configured retention rules and a traceable record of conversations, actions and human handoffs.

07How long we keep data

We keep pilot-request details for as long as we are in contact with you about the service. Call data is retained under the instructions of the business you called, and is deleted when they ask us to delete it or when the agreement with them ends.

08Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If your request concerns a conversation handled for one of our customers, we may need to route the request through that business. Write to info@conciergeopus.com and our team will review the request.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how your data is handled will be communicated to active customers directly.
