01Who we are

Concierge (“we”, “us”) provides an AI voice operations platform that answers business phone lines on behalf of our customers. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria, and build to the requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Our registration with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) is in progress.

02What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data on conciergeopus.com and in the Concierge service. It covers two situations: information you give us directly (for example through the pilot request form), and information processed when Concierge answers calls for a business you contacted.

03Information you give us on this site

When you request a pilot we collect your name, business name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — a phone or WhatsApp number and a note about what you need. We use this only to contact you about your pilot and to set up the service. We do not sell this information or use it for third-party advertising.

04Information processed when Concierge answers a call

When you call a business that uses Concierge, we process the conversation on that business's behalf: audio during the call, a transcript, a summary of what you asked for, and the actions taken (for example logging a maintenance request or sending you an SMS confirmation). The business you called controls this data; we process it under our agreement with them.

Call recording is off by default and only enabled when the business turns it on for its line.

05Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small amount of essential local storage to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

If you accept on the cookie notice, we also load privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that give us aggregate figures — like how many people visited a page — without profiling individuals or following you around the web. If you decline, analytics are not loaded at all.

06How data is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256, with keys managed per customer workspace. We store data in African regions wherever the infrastructure allows, and every processor we rely on is covered by a data-protection agreement.

07How long we keep data

We keep pilot-request details for as long as we are in contact with you about the service. Call data is retained under the instructions of the business you called, and is deleted when they ask us to delete it or when the agreement with them ends.

08Your rights

Under the NDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If your request concerns a call handled for one of our customers, we may need to route the request through them as the data controller. Either way, write to hello@conciergeopus.com and a real person will respond within one business day.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how your data is handled will be communicated to active customers directly.
