01The service

Concierge provides an AI voice operations platform: agents that answer your business phone line, understand requests, take actions you configure (such as logging tickets, booking appointments, or sending follow-up messages), and report everything back to you on a dashboard.

02Pilots

New customers start with a pilot. Pilot scope, duration, and pricing are agreed individually before anything goes live — the pilot request form creates no obligation on either side. Either party can end a pilot at any time.

03Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you brief your agent with, for having the right to connect the phone numbers and tools you connect, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including telling your callers about call handling and recording where the law requires it.

You agree not to use Concierge for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to impersonate another business.

04Your data

You own your business data — call transcripts, recordings, knowledge content, and customer records stay yours. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When you leave the service, we delete your data on request.

05Availability

We work to keep the service answering around the clock and monitor it continuously, but the service is provided “as is” during pilots. Formal uptime commitments are available on enterprise agreements.

06AI limitations

Concierge agents are AI systems. They follow the playbooks and guardrails you configure, and they escalate to your team when they cannot help — but like any AI system they can occasionally misunderstand. You should review the needs-you feed and configure escalation for anything critical to your business.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we update these terms we will change the date above and notify active customers of significant changes.
